If the fraction is 2/10, 3/10, 4/10 or any other multiple of 1/10, we will see the numerator in the 1/10 digit. With the counter below, you can select a numerator for a fraction whose denominator is 10, and see the fraction as a decimal number. If the numerator you choose is less than 10, the numerals in the digits to the left of the decimal will all be 0. If the numeral is greater than 10, the number on the left of the decimal will be the quotient, or whole-number part of the fraction and the digit to the right of the decimal will show the remainder.
